Coco Lounge- Central Bham, O/R Parking & Balcony

Location was good for what we needed. It was close enough to walk to the O2. And the lady I was in contact with was very nice and friendly.

The main issue is the Wi-Fi is almost non-existent! If you were just using the flat as a place to crash it might not be such a problem but I was spending the evening there looking to do some work and watch Netflix and the Wi-Fi didn't support either. I did a speed test on it and the speed was 7mpbs which couldn't even keep the TV connected for most of the evening so I ended up sitting there in silence unable to do any work or watch anything. VERY frustrating. Panels on some of the plug holes were attached to the wall, so I was slightly dubious about the wiring. Lots of knickknacks and bits to make it feel homely but could really do with the basic sorting out. The place was advertised as pet friendly, which is why I booked it but it turns out it wasn't and a mistake had been made their end, but they thankfully let me take my dog so that was very kind. Wasn't terribly keen on the bed all felt a bit cheap and it's a very small double if you were to share it with a partner. We nearly decided to drive home after the gig at 11 pm but ended up staying the night but it wasn't my favourite stay!

Lovely apartment, excellent facilities, brilliant communication with hosts. Easy to find with free parking available, good location close to bars and restaurants.

Communication in advance was excellent. The location was perfect for the city centre and the restaurants, pubs and clubs downstairs were great. The apartment was clean and just right for two couples. Free parking was a bonus.
