Property is lovely. Right in the heart of Birmingham. Near Chinatown and the gay village. Apartment was clean, modern, and comfortable. The beds in particular are really comfy. Couldn’t ask for more

Location is excellent and very central in Birmingham, so it was great being able to park for free very close by.

The overall building is looking a little bit dated now and could do with a revamp/ renovation but the apartment was very clean and well decorated.

The apartment was spacious.

The building was falling apart - the walk to our room was unsafe as the ceiling of the hallway had been ripped off, wires and cables hanging down. The shower leaked every time it was used, flooded the whole bathroom. We got woke up at 7.30am due to building maintenance happening literally outside of our door, no warning or apology. The bathroom was not clean, long black hairs everywhere. The whole building had a horrible smell, it was really bad.

Great location for an event at the glee club

Property is great, nothing to not like. Good value for money..

Location is excellent

Really needs to be updated, it's a bit dated. Beds are small and extremely uncomfortable. Double bed is more like a large single.
