Apartment was clean very spacious and well equipped for a couple nights stay. Lacked a little in kitchen equipment to cook more than basics but with the array of restaurants on the doorstep made up for that.

Lift was put of order suitcases up stairs not great. Not something the apartment is at fault for but male guest in the building coming to our balcony with lewd comments and asking to join us for drinks not taking no for an answer, had to threaten to call police for him to leave me and my girlfriend to enjoy a celebration meal.

"Excellent location and place was top notch, just check out time is no good."

Property was at the right location, close to city centre .

Check out time was 10 am, which was very odd, normally its 12 pm at most of the places, even I bookedd the place at 6 pm. They asked me for extra £25 to check out at 12 pm, which I have to pay sadly.

Friendly, helpful staff.

Internet stopped working on 3rd day. With poor data signal this left us cut off with no tv either. Building not attractive. Non functional lift (which we knew about in advance), v long, dark corridors with stained carpets. The advert didn't indicate clearly that the apartment is in a huge building, not that easy to access. Decor too dark for my taste.

"Disappointed. Smelly hallway and had customer service from host"

Great location

The host has terrible customer service. I gave my licence to the reception and I got a parking ticket. They ensure me they would sort me out and then continued to ignore me for months until I got a debt collection. Following that, they told me I need to sort it out myself even though they had said they would solve the situation for me. When you call them, their number does not even go through. Do not book here, the hallway is even stuffy and dirty too
