Spacious 2 bed apt next to Royal Mile & Waverley

Property was very clean well Laid out and had everything you could possible need for break away from home

Great location just off the Royal Mile with plenty of food options nearby. Short walk up the Royal Mile to the castle. Apartment was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Towels & linens were good as well.

The exterior is covered in graffiti & the entry area feels quite seedy, like you're in the wrong part of town. Arriving quite late, it was a little concerning what we were going to expect; however the interior of the apartment is quite nice and has been made very comfortable. I would advise a little more pre-warning to guests that the exterior & entry is not an indication of the apartment itself. There are also more stairs than we expected, so be mindful if that's an issue for older people with luggage. It also took a while to work out how to turn on the stove; which we could have been advised about - there's a switch behind the toaster...

Size of the apartment.

Awful exterior of apartment block and basic communal area.Very uncomfortable beds and poor bedding. No rugs to alleviate noisy wooden flooring throughout. Suspect re- wiring needed as electric sockets became extremely hot when phones were charging.Shower door detached when in use.

Clear instruction on check in and good communication

We had to use the plunger on shower as water not draining

Location was great 1 block from the Royal mile. Rooms were spacious.

Two levels of stairs from the street was difficult for carrying up our suitcases. I would not recommend for seniors or people with mobility issues.

Great location, very close to Royal Mile. Apartment was very clean and kitchen well equipped. Highly recommended.
