Fantastic location, lovely and clean, very spacious .

Could do with mirrors in bedrooms as difficult when getting ready, hand towels would be helpful too and not enough cutlery and crockery for party if 4.

Entrance of the property / ground floor / near to stair case very messy it should be cleared .

Clean, warm, spacious, perfect location, comfortable. I would definitely return and recommend.

Very minor point, could do with a full length mirror and hand towels

Absolutely Superb location , lovely spacious clean apartment, well equipped , comfortable beds and great shower ! Our teenage boys were very impressed with the place . James was a Very nice and helpful host too!

The only one thing is that The windows are single glazed so could hear the traffic and outside noise at night .

The apartment is in a great location, a short walk from Edinburgh Waverley station and located close to the centre but on a quieter side road. There is a fantastic breakfast/ brunch place and an incredible craft beer place, both a few doors down. The apartment itself is warm, spacious and welcoming, decorated to a high standard with lovely touches. It was lovely to come back and relax after a day in Edinburgh and the dining area was perfect for sitting with a glass of wine, the view of the gardens and historic buildings made it an authentic experience. The hosts were responsive and helpful and made the stay very stress free. Thank you both! I am sure we will be back soon!
