⸻ Hi, I just wanted to express how disappointed I have been with our stay here. Unfortunately, I found the property to be unclean, with visible stains on the carpets, pillows, and walls. The paintwork is in poor condition, and the bathroom did not appear to be properly cleaned. I was also surprised that only one towel per person was provided for a week-long stay, which I feel is unacceptable. In addition, every time someone uses water in the property, the water pump makes an extremely loud noise, which has been very disruptive. The coffee machine was also not working during our stay. In the bathroom with the bath, there is no mixer tap, meaning the water can only be either scalding hot or freezing cold, which makes it very difficult and uncomfortable to use safely. To add to our frustration, the property is advertised as being family-friendly, yet there is no suitable access to the beach with a pram. We have also experienced constant banging and noise from the downstairs children throughout our stay. I would also like to raise my concern regarding the check-in time. A 5:00pm check-in is, in my opinion, unacceptable when guests are still being charged a full day’s rate. By 5:00pm, a significant portion of the day has already passed. Most hotels and holiday accommodations offer check-in from around 3:00pm, with some providing early check-in options from midday. The late check-in time further reduced the value of our stay and added to our disappointment.

View was fantastic and inside space was great, nice grass area and nice to have two bathrooms,

The big step in the middle of the hallway was a problem for us. Beds were hard and need new cookware.

The view is amazing! Comfortable apartment.

Kitchen facilities are a little dated but they are functional.

We had a wonderful stay at this holiday apartment. It’s in a very quiet location, perfect for relaxing, and the sea is just a short walk away which made it even better. View is amazing 🤩 Everything we needed was there, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. We were really happy with our experience and would happily come back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful seaside getaway.

Property is absolutely stunning. Amazing views. Really clean property.

The mattress on the beds wasn’t comfy, I like a softer mattress but that’s just my personal preference.

The location was good (although be aware property is set on a narrow and quite steep hill.) The view from the kitchen/lounge area is lovely.

Carpets, sofas & duvet grubby; en suite shower door broken & lots of mould inside. Bath shower attachment impossible to get a safe temperature, water extremely hot so unusable, risk of scalding. The oven door didn’t shut properly; oven placed in a dark corner with insufficient light to cook in the evening. Very dirty oven trays, filthy frying pans so unusable & only 2 unlidded large stockpots & filthy milk pan to cook with.

Great location. Comfortable flat. Great views. Happy
