Great location clean tidy flat. Would definitely stay again. Bedrooms comfortable and airy. Kitchen well stocked for dining in. No noise from the neighbours. Relatively quiet location.

Difficult to find manual for boiler as was cold on arrival but soon heated up. Could keep manual or laminated boiler instruction on the boiler

The property and condition were excellent. Ideal location next to York Minster. We did have a leak under the sink but the Agents resolved this very quickly

"A non starter, we only came for the weekend but were trapped in the apartment by the broken elevator"

The apartment was very nice, location excellent.

Some very deep stairs which were not mentioned in the description, the elevator broke on the first day and although reported to the security company that one of our party had trouble with stairs, had to resolve the issue ourselves which meant staying in the apartment to await the lift engineer. No contact at all from the hosts to see if we were OK.
