Location, facilities, helpful staff and questions answered speedily. Clean apartment, ease of access and lounge and kitchen facilities.

The smell of drains when we entered the apartment, and the same smell when turning the taps on (especially under the kitchen sink and en suite shower room) the smell reduced when we opened the windows for a while but was there wh en we returned from our day out.

The location was amazing and there was plenty of room for a family of 4 including 2 teenagers! Having 2 bathrooms was a life saver!

The cleaning was not perfect with some areas in lounge and hall being quite dusty but bathrooms and bedding were spotless
