"Cosy, Comfortable and Convenient"

Clean, spacious and comfortable, it was a last minute booking due to work commitments and was perfect, an easy check in system and cosy apartment. Would recommend to anyone looking at staying over in the Birmingham area.

I wasn’t aware an additional £150 deposit would be taken, but I guess it’s an additional security measure.

Location but limited parking on the street

There are no tea towels in the kitchen. The scouring pad was filthy. The pans provided didn't work on the electric hob. I ended up using a wok as a frying pan. There are no instructions on how to connect to WiFi or operate the smart tv. The front door was often left unsecured. The company wanted an additional £150 as a security deposit, which I have never encountered before as a seasoned traveller. No instructions on how to work the central heating and all the windows were left open prior to arrival on a cold day.🥲
