The design and the cleanliness.

The mattresses need to be replaced and it would be nice to have a small sofa in the room.

Great use of space. Clean apartment. Again, such an amazing use of space.

The stairs didn’t feel steady. At 6ft6, I felt they were going to betray me.

property was clean and comfy, the host was very responsive and was quick to help with any questions we had, would definitely stay again, the area was nice and quiet and close to all the local shops

Nicely decorated, lovely location and nice & clean

The mattress was very uncomfortable, very springy and as it was 2 single mattresses they were different heights.

It is well located with a fantastic bathroom. The shower was great just what we needed to get us ready for the day.

The bedroom could do with some modesty nets under the curtains and maybe a better mattress or a mattress topper.

Tha actual apartment was very clean.

The fact that we weren't able to access our accommodation until 2.5 hrs after the agreed check-in time. We were notified by call 10 mins after check in that the cleaners were on the way to the property. Advised to go for some food & assured we would have a call soon as the property had been cleaned. After the 2.hrs, I called them to be told it was completed an hr before. We booked the accommodation to visit a poorly child at the children's hospital. This delay cut into visiting hours. The super fast Wifi certainly wasn't fast. The tv was missing the original remote , which meant we couldn't use the majority of its features. Both mattresses need replaced, one was collapsed at the bottom & the other you could feel every spring. The outdoor area and comuniual areas were filthy. This apartment has the potential to be excellent with attention to the beds, wifi, outside areas, and, most importantly, customer service. We will be back and forth to the area and will not be booking the same apartment due to the issues raised.

Great location, had everything needed for our stay. Nice touch with the fan as it was needed with the hot weather.

TV needs replacing as the bottom half was darker than the top. After some research it seems an element has gone.
