Large Modern Apartment - High-Speed WiFi - Street Parking 3BR

The property was easy to find and the self check-in process was okay.

The heating in the bedroom stopped working on the second day and wouldn't turn back on even after attempts to make it work.

It was freezing cold all night, all of the windows were open with no instructions on how to use the heating. The bed was awful, 2 different mattresses, 2 different heights and like laying on uncomfortable springs. Paid a £150 holding fee for damages/ mess which states you can’t leave makeup stains etc yet I don’t wear makeup and there were false eyelashes in the bed, obviously from a different guest. Booked for 2 people yet there was one towel. Noise all night, people ringing the buzzers to our apartment at gone midnight trying to gain access to the property. People banging around all night. Fire TV kept losing connection and buffering.

New, clean, good location, good amenities

could not find details of the wifi code no where to sit to eat counter top not widen enough or table to work at

The property was spacious and very clean! The parking was easily accessible and the location was a quiet area. The host was great too, I had issues with the Netflix and the host was great in sorting it out quickly. Would definitely recommend

The only downside was that I was unlucky to get stuck with really noisy guests on my first night, screaming shouting etc. However, once reported to the host the guests were removed from the property which was amazing from them

The property was cleaned to an acceptable standard but did not offer anything warranting a deposit. It was a standard room with a kitchen, and the advertised Netflix access on the television was unavailable. Despite raising a complaint, the management assured me that someone would check it, but no one followed up or addressed the issue before my checkout. Additionally, the deposit information was not prominently displayed on the property’s Booking.com page but instead placed in a less noticeable section where guests might overlook it. There is also a concern regarding data protection, as my ID was requested and redirected to a different website from Booking.com for verification, raising questions about how my personal information is stored and safeguarded.

Nothing in particular. The property was oversold in description but felt short in the actual sense of it

The apartment I was given wasn’t the right apartment that I have paid for aprtment 1 with dining room is what I had paid for and apartment 4 is what was given so make of that what you will but unfortunately I wasn’t able to stay in the apartment so had to rebook somewhere else
