Seaton, Devon, two bed apartment, just off the sea front.

Really good communication with our hosts. spot on actually, both pre-access. and when in accommodation. Apartment was comfortable for two people and our cockapoo, (us really), but may be a little cramped in living quarters for a family of 3 or 4? Really central for town and beach, and parking is great at the Seaton Town Hall car park or, Under-croft overflow car park, the latter, you will find no seagull mess on your car each morning, and it's locked each night at 8 out of season, and opened at 8 each morning and only a 1 min' walk extra. (recommended)! Overall, very good value for money if you have a dog that loves the water!

Bed was a bit hard for me, but my wife said it was fine, so that was my only gripe apart from stairs to the apartment, which, as I'm npt over comfortable with having a lively x spaniel dragging me up and down, but overall. really happy with the accommodation and host, and would recommend for proximity to beach, town, car park and main route to Lyme Regis, Sidmouth etc.

Clean, quiet and comfortable, with everything we needed for a weekend away. Owner was very helpful providing tips on parking. On arrival the external hallway is a little shabby, but don't let this put you off. Inside is welcoming and fresh. Sitting room is a little compact, but was ample for the two of us.

The fire escape staircase to get to the property. The green algae growing up the outside wall. The door to the communal entrance was unlocked The door to the apartment had very little security. The windows wouldn’t lock properly. The floor in the kitchen was so uneven it was a trip hazard The double bed was very poor condition and quality. The bath has rusted. The sofa needs replacement. The curtains are too small for the windows and blinds broken

A lovely clean apartment but rather tired with the bathroom and floor boards requiring renovation. The entrance could also benefit from a spruce up too

Felt a bit run down, floor very spongy, access steps not nice but fine once you were in the property
