Close to the seashore Quiet You could open a window and let the air in

Grotty entry Not very nice cooking pots and pans Slippery floor on the window side of double bed. Fell and hurt my ankle Ambiguous information about power supply . Key for power supply? Where?!

Comfortable flat and lovely seaside town with everything you need to hand

A very quiet area but fine for relaxing.

Location, friendly staff, accessibility to the shops, eating places, beach, buses and Seaton Tramway.

Outside stairs in the rain.

Fantastic location, a minute walk from the beach. Good value for money.

Outside of property needs attention

That it was central and had everything we needed. Great to be near all the restaurants pubs sea front etc

Downside it was a bit of a mission getting luggage to the property from the car park, probably more suitable for shorter stays.

Really lovely apartment in a great location. Great communication from the owner regarding parking and access. When we got there and went up the stairs to the building there was a strong smell of urine and we were unsure what we were going to find but when we entered the apartment itself it was lovely (and no nasty smells) It was so clean and well equipped with everything you need. It was very quiet which was nice. Slept really well. Just a stones throw from the (stone) beach and a few minutes walk from the cute little harbour. We ate out at a local indian and a local thai restaurant both of which were very nice. A couple of good pubs too. All in all a really great stay and we are looking to go back again soon.

Nothing really. Floor boards in twin room creaked but its above a commercial premises so would not be an issue.

Location of flat was very good for both beach and to travel further afield. Flat had everything needed. Very pleasant

Shame so many shops were closed for bank holiday
