Beautiful house

Had to pay extra for the hottub which I wasn't made aware of until the day, ,also the sheer amount of rules posted about made it feel like big brothers house

It was beautifully presented, well considered and a fantastic location

The blind in the small bedroom didn't fully close so was very difficult to get it dark, the beds all had very thin mattresses so you could feel/hear the bedframe or rolled into the middle of the bed. We didn't like that the property is advertised in the title as being with hot tub but it isn't clearly stated without looking for it that there was an additional charge to use it. It also seems a little outdated to blame COVID for the fact that we needed to strip the beds.

"Lovely Modern Stay With Great Extras, Just Needs a Few Comfort Tweaks"

Beautiful interior design – very modern, stylish and chic. Stunning kitchen and well-decorated rooms throughout. Games room had lots of thoughtful extras which we appreciated. Hot tub was a brilliant addition and very enjoyable. Great location. Customer service/communication was very helpful and responsiv

Missing some basic essentials (e.g. tissues, kitchen roll). Sofas and beds were very springy, and the mattresses felt thin enough to feel the springs. There were quite a lot of house rules which felt a bit restrictive. Cleanliness could have been better (dusty stairs, streaky windows). One bathroom felt cold and had condensation/damp issues. TV in the living room was smaller than expected for the size of the space.

It was a good location and a very roomy property. The hot tub was a bonus which we loved. Very spacious for 5 of us. Beautifully furnished.

The mattress in the second bedroom was a little uncomfortable. It could do with another chair in the living room as we needed an additional seat for 5 people.

Hottub 1st night was good. House lovely and spacious. Beautiful kitchen. Comfy beds

Hottub not hot enough for 2nd night. Only one toilet, downstairs
