"Perfect family or friends house!"

Great house for our 2 night stay for a family wedding at nearby Dalton Old Pumphouse. Short taxi ride to the venue. Lovely walk to seaham beach and the cafes and facilities nearby. House was warm and comfortable and the hot tub was an added novelty bonus. Beautiful simple decor and large fully equipped kitchen for sociable breakfast. The bottles of shampoo and soap and washing liquid were helpful and the large asda round the corner was very convenient. Great communication from the owner.

A larger bed in the main bedroom would have been a bonus but I'm nitpicking.

Spacious accommodation For 4 people . Hot tub was great. Quiet location. Every thing you required.

The bedding was not ironed. Marks on mattress protectors in small bedroom.

lovely place near the shops and gorgeous house

•hot tub isnt for 4 its a 2 man max •have to pay 20 to use the hot tub that isnt included •beds where loud and uncomfortable

Great location for the beach. House was spacious and clean.

There is a camera set up in the back courtyard/hot tub area, which seems unnecessarily intrusive
