The place is very accommodating and you get as much freedom as you want

They should focus more on cleaning as I got there the toilet had pee stains on the seats plus most necessities weren’t there

Location was fine. The pool and braai area is nice Beautiful kitchen The host was reachable at all times Safety and security is out of this world. Always willing to assist and go an extra mile

I didn't like the couch. More towels should be added,the linen looks bit old Cleaning materials ie dish washing liquid should be added as well And also there was no aircon One key for 4 people No lift tag/scanner

Parking was good. Shops in the building.. Place was neat. Security was visible

We struggled with the access tag and some security staff were not helpful, despite asking several times. The area was extremely windy and unpleasant. The couch was very uncomfortable with no pillows provided. The front door was also inconvenient as it must be locked to close properly.

The property is well located, close to shops and safe. It is affordable and provides value for money.

A special request was made to the property owner to check in at 13:00, and the permission was granted. However, when my friends got there, They were never allowed to check-in until 14:30, which is almost the normal check-in time (15:00). Refuse bags were not available.

The location is great, I have discussed aspect of my dissatisfaction with management, they apologized and have accepted their apology.

The housekeeper must do his/her part and regularly change linen after visit by guest or tenant in the apartment.
