Location 6. Staff 2. Clean 5. When we arrived we had to wait to check in. Although, I had provided the time. Location is good. Balcone view to table mountain just enough to see the cable cars going up and down. If were not the building opposite would have better view. If you are muslim and love attending the masajid then adhaan from 2 different masajids. Bedroom have a fan. Just 1 towel for each person. Should have 2 per person. When staying min 3 days or more. Toiletries didn't last for the 5 days we were in the apartment. Neither toilet paper. The lounge there is no channels at all. Unless, you paying for your own netflix. Then, you may connect. Otherwise, the unit don't provide. But, have good wifi that you may connect to your phone yutube and screen onto tv. Kitchen have no pot holders or gloves to hold pots, no dish clothes. There is washing machine. However, no dryer neither clothes rail to hang. The stove it is touch. Quiet complicated to use and to have if renting unit, not user friendly. The hostes was quick to reply. Yet, seems that she was too busy with other chores. I am blessed to travel often. I didn't receive message to welcome day prior. Load shedding schedule suppose to be sent via whatssApp. In order to check out we were waiting for someone to come check us out and after 1h10mins were tired of waiting. We decided to message let the host know we cannot wait any longer. We left keys card with the security. The host must be more caring and more hands on. Seems the unit been bought as investment to be rent out for holiday makers. She manage business thru the phone. Not really caring and much comcern in regards to the people going in and out. I don't wonder those marks on the floor seems to be guests who were smoking. Moved out and nobody noticed. That, damaged the floors. Host should be more hands on. Then, just leave to others.

I mentioned all above.

The wifi doesn’t go off during load shedding. The rooms are very spacious and clean

it stinks, it’s dirty, the bedding had stains. the floor was never cleaned
