The bedding was stained The sheets were dirty The staff was unfriendly The microwave was not working There was loadshedding for 3 hours When it was check out time I asked for an hour just to bath n bath my little baby but was kicked out of the property

The location is great!

In general a nice place, but run down and not cleaned properly. Had to wait more than an hour for the keys. Not nice. Mouldy bathroom that made me sick. No sheer curtain in bedroom so other guests looked in when walking past the apartment.

The location is not suitable! When the door men tell you not safe!

The 2nd toilet was faulty, and the check in staff knew it! Never fixed! 2 bed apartment?? 1 key???

Road noise excessive Leaking washing machine No homely touches No cloth or sponge left in unit to clean dishes Finishes looking very fun down, water damage present on walls and ceilings, bathtub tap leaking, loose door knobs, Pool unusable on first day due to cleaning Only one out of 4.bed reading lights working Sliding door onto balcony lock broken, unlockable Only 2 drinking glasses in unit which support 4 occupants.

"Unpleasant, dirty, and absolutely unacceptable considering the amount of money payed."

Nothing at all. It was an unpleasant stay with dirty bedding, cockroaches, smelly environment, broken facilities(bath, mixer). Staff would not reply to requests such as changing bedding. There was one set of towels for 4 days( clearly unhygienic).

Everything, it was horrible, and it was my worst holiday stay ever.
