Sole, Terrazza, Centro città e Wi-Fi veloce!

Perfect location, huge terrace and a lot of personal space, a lot of small shops and cafe around, close to old city, main street, train station. Very clean appartment, every appliance working, a lot of thoughts put in all arrangements, it was comfortable to live in.

The perfect apartment. The layout inside is fabulous and Federica (and son for translation assistant) is very welcoming with freshly bought focaccia and marmalade waiting for us. Also little gifts in the fridge of beers and prosecco. Outside is a generous outdoor area which is lovely for a morning coffee or an afternoon drink. Such relaxing surrounds and within walking distance to town centre. What more can I say!

Everything! 😀 Beautiful well appointed apartment in a lovely building close to both the historic centre and port areas of Genoa. The massive flower decked terrace is a particular highlight of the property and has great outdoor furniture and good views. Federica and her son were incredibly hospitable both meeting us on check-in and throughout if we had any questions. The apartment has great and modern appliances and is very spacious and spotlessly clean. Lots of useful tourist guides and information available also. Very nice welcoming touch of prosecco and beers in fridge on arrival too. Kindly allowed us to store our cases in the property while waiting for a later flight too. Highly recommended place to stay in central Genoa. Walking distance to most major tourist sites and train station to beautiful coast and Cinque Terre villages.

A wonderful location a short walk from the old city centre meant it was easy to get to everything but quiet. The host was very response and helpful. All the facilities were of a very high standard. I highly recommend this apartment.

It hard to see what could be improved .

This apartment exceeded our expectations and was just a fantastic place to stay. It is in a lovely,peaceful neighbourhood yet 10 minute walk to the centre of Genova. Everything was exceptionally clean, well lit, comfortable which made an excellent base for exploring the city. The proprietors were lovely, meeting us at the door to let us in and show us around. They were exceptionally friendly, helpful and just made us feel at home straight away. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom perfectly clean, beds comfortable. A great place to stay we would recommend without hesitation!

Very impressed with this property. Fantastic location and a 5 minute walk into the old city. A very comfortable and well serviced apartment, with generous space and a large balcony to soak up the afternoon sun. Spotlessly clean. The hosts were super hospitable, professional and simply nice people to engage with. I highly recommend.

The apartment was perfect. It is in the centre but still very quiet. Federica was so nice and helpful. I hope to be back soon.

Our stay at Sole, Terrazza, Centro città e Wi-Fi veloce! was extremely pleasant. Federica is an incredible host, the flat is equipped with everything you might want, the location is great (close to the Old Town and relatively close to the Corso Italia and the beach). The kitchen is well stocked and well equipped, there is a coffee machine and a microwave, an induction stove and an oven. The fridge/freezer is spacious, and there is a washing machine and a dishwasher in the kitchen, too. We used the flat mostly to work, and it was also great for that. The terrace is really large and nice (though we couldn't use it as much, it being early February). The WiFi is very fast, and there are plenty of desks and sofas to sit on. The flat is not accessible, as there is an elevator in the building but it doesn't go to the lower floors, where the flat is located. All in all we were very pleased with our stay and would come back in a heartbeat!
