The stairs were quite steep but not an issue for us, if had small children I would say would probably need a stair gate for safety

NZWell appointed unit in a quiet residentail location. Nice cafe close by as well as Chinese takeaway and bus routes and supermarket. Parking was available right outside the unit. A few nice welcome goodies are provided. Everything worked well. Clean and tidy.
Bathroom needs a shower antislip mat in the bath. Steps narrow steps to upstairs as indciated and typical of this style house. Not facing the sun so cold but heating works well.
