GBStayed at this place for a few nights with friends Lovely cosy clean place with all the amenities you need and described Great location if visiting york races and about 25-minute walk into York town centre. Very easy communication when requesting a late check out. Great place, and I would highly recommend it if staying in York.

AUGBCosy, comfortable place which was perfect for our weekend away. Short walk into the centre, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Particularly loved all the local books and welcome basket.

In the main bedroom the double bed is small, my suggestion whem decide to change it , is to buy 2 singles bed or 1 queen size bed
AUIt was modern, comfortable and clean. The location was quiet, not far from the city centre and there was a supermarket only a few minutes walk away. Street parking outside the door.
The stairs are very steep
SGVery well appointed home. Had everything at home that anyone would need while travelling with family. Great Experience. Would love to stay there once I visit York again.

This is by no means a complaint, but for us the 25 mins walk in to york was to much we needed more city center but when we come back to york races we would definitely stay here again with it being on the doorstep.
GBThe street was quiet, and it was easy to park. It was a short walk into York city centre. The house was spotless. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower was great. Love that the cleaning and hygiene essentials were provided, plus tea/coffee, etc. Not to mention the thoughtful welcome hamper!

GBIt has a very nice feel. It is very clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. Parking outside the house and within walking distance of York city centre.
