GBA truly outstanding property with all the amenities needed for a long-term stay. The house is extremely clean and perfectly located being only a fifteen minute walk from the station and Bishopthorpe Road. Provisions included laundry pods, a Smart plasma television, as well as plenty of tea and coffee pods. In terms of value for money, this property is unrivalled.

Wi-Fi wasn’t much use apart from using for social media. Tried to download some photos which didn’t happen. You could not adjust the shower temperature so it was a little cooler. It came out very hot so showers were quick and a little uncomfortable.

Stools in dining area were hard and uncomfortable.

GBGreat little property within easy reach of the city centre - great communication from the hosts - everything was spotlessly clean and comfortable within the house - welcome basket was very much appreciated too. . It takes around 25 mins to walk into town from Sutherland Steet, but taking an uber cost between £5 and £16 depending on the time of day which was great value for money.
The stairs are very steep so anyone with mobility issues may struggle with them, but it is an old terraced house so the steepness was expected.
