AUGBEverything! Beautiful, clean,comfortable home, with every creature comfort provided. A browse through the visitors book is true refection of this perfect little holiday home, people from all over the world have all said how clean it is, like a home from home, how comfortable it is. I agree with all of them.

GBGBGBLovely stylish house with a great open plan downstairs. Lovely, well resourced kitchen . Downstairs loo and bathroom with bath and shower was a bonus. Spotlessly clean with comfortable beds and plenty of space to hang clothes. Lovely walk into the city - approx 20 minutes but through nice residential areas and down Bishy Road with lots of lovely cafes, bars and restaurants to stop at.

GBLovely furnishings, plenty of space and good location to walk into town (20/25mins) - taxis are cheap enough if walking is too far.
The twin room has a boiler which flares on and off at night, so woke the two up in there. If sleeping on the sofa bed, the fridge is really noisy!
GBExcellent space and facilities, walking distance to shops, restaurants and pubs, and York Race Course. A lovely quiet location. Once the car was parked, we didn't have to move it again until going home.
The sofa! Very hard and uncomfortable.
