GBThe downstairs toilet was a real boon and the welcome basket was very welcome. A really lovely place to stay. We will be back next year. The Winning Post, an 8 minute walk away, provided fabulous meals.
If anything could be done about the noise from the boiler in the back bedroom, it would be helpful. Maybe some casing around it. My friend is a light sleeper and it kept turning on and waking her up. The stairs are steep, which is usual for a house of this age. We were OK, but someone with mobility issues would find it difficult. These are definitely not criticisms, but suggestions for future users.

ROGBGBNicely modernised house in a convenient location. It had good facilities and was quiet, clean, warm and comfortable. A nice welcome pack was provided and clear instructions. Although the street is narrow and parking tight, we found a spot without too much difficulty.
Temperature control on shower needs attention - water comes out very hot and the adjuster to make it cooler only goes so far

Only things are the seating set up in the kitchen, there is no table and really only spaces for two to eat at the island comfortably so this was a bit tricky for a family of three! Please bring an adapter to charge electric toothbrushes etc as the bathroom does not have a port.
NZThere were two of us and we liked having separate bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with coffee pods, tea, condiments, as well as a washing machine. Easy to warm up. Nice living space. Lovely comfy beds. Convenient to have a 2nd toilet. Lovely welcome goody basket. Note, parking is on the street but we had no problem getting a spot outside the property anytime.
Stairs to the bedrooms were quite small and steep, but this is typical of old English houses.
