GBFree parking outside and downstairs loo was very handy with grandchild. Loads of kitchen equipment although with so many cupboards took me ages to find pans.
Very minor complaint just to let owners know really, noisy cooker extractor fan. Sounds like something is loose and can be easily fixed.

GBGreat location for getting into York - 5 mins/£6 by Uber. Modern bathroom and kitchen. Well appointed, clean and comfortable. No problem with parking. Nearby bus stop. Thank you for the welcome snacks and goodies, much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again if we visited York in the future.
The shower was very hot, too hot to use it properly. Shortage of pyrex dishes and baking trays for oven cooking. Microwave took some fathoming out - did not find any instructions for it. We were confused by the rubbish/recycling instructions - we were expecting someone to put the recycling out but no one came, maybe because England were playing that night?! The boiler was in the back bedroom which kept waking up our daughter whenever a hot tap was used. Coffee table(s) in living room would have been useful to put drinks on when watching TV.
