Aktuálně je to tam velké staveniště.

The apartment is clean and nicely furnished with great details like good coffee and gifts for children. The owner is kind and professional. We enjoyed our stay and surely would recommend it.

صاحب السكن كان جدا رائع حتى انه احضر هدايا لاطفالي ويخدم حتى لو شي خارج السكن مايقصر ويبحث ويجيب لك كل التفاصيل الي تحتاجها. المكان نظيف جدا ومرتب وفيه كل ماتحتاجه وأكثر، حتى وضع بعض أقراص القهوة وبعض الاكل بالإضافة للعصائر كضيافة. بالرغم من انه في المنطقة فيها حفريات لكن ماقصر ومشي قدامي المربع كامل على رجله بس عشان يوجهني بالضبط للطريق ووين المدخل ويسهل عليا. وكان سريع الاستجابة في كل شي تسأله عنه

Famiglia di 3 persone e un cagnolino. Siamo rimasti veramente soddisfatti di tutto il soggiorno a Budapest! L'appartamento era perfettamente preparato (con check-in anticipato… grazie 🙏🏼) e la comunicazione col signor Barabás è stata eccellente fin dai primi messaggi! Un host super… gentilissimo, accogliente e sempre disponibile. Appena arrivati ci ha mostrato tutto il necessario dell'appartamento, (il quale corrispondeva esattamente alle immagini caricate su Booking) che abbiamo trovato curato nei minimi dettagli: attrezzato di ogni cosa e con mille sorprese di benvenuto! Veramente unico! In più il signor Barabás ci ha fatto un video su come si facevano i biglietti per la Metro (comodissima per visitare la città). Host Veramente 🔝!! Tra i migliori che abbiamo mai incontrato! Questo fa la differenza! Importante per noi che il quartiere fosse molto tranquillo, anche alla sera tardi, e i vicini molto cordiali. Anche il parcheggio era comodissimo e non abbiamo mai preso l’auto. Ci siamo sentiti accolti e tranquilli anche in una città sconosciuta! Consigliamo questo posto a chiunque voglia vedere Budapest con la sicurezza di trovare un’ottima accoglienza e assistenza e mille comodità! Non vediamo l’ora di tornare e soggiornare nuovamente qui.

Zeer compleet en schoon appartement. Echt alles is aanwezig. De host had zelfs koffie en wat te eten geregeld.

Afstand naar het centrum is 20 minuten met de taxi (+/-€15). Of 25-30 minuten op E-scooter (fietspaden zijn goed in Budapest).

Best place to stay in Budapest, clean, close to metro station.

From the very first moment, communication with the apartment owner was friendly and excellent. We received detailed, clear, and understandable information for entering both the garage and the apartment. The owner was very kind and nothing was a problem. A big advantage is the location of the building where the apartment is situated. There is a garage for parking and also an elevator. Just about 100 meters away, you'll find a large shopping center, DUNA PLAZA, and an entrance to the metro. If you walk in the opposite direction from the building, you'll reach the Danube River, where there is a long walking path perfect for pleasant strolls. In the area, you'll also find small grocery stores, a bakery, and restaurants. The apartment itself is peaceful — the window and balcony from the room look out onto a closed, green, and beautiful garden. The apartment is cozy, clean, and very well and practically equipped. You'll find everything you need for your stay — and even more. We were welcomed with a sign saying “WELCOME!” and found drinks and snacks ready in the fridge. The owner even thought of good coffee, pasta sauce, and spaghetti that you can cook right away. We were especially touched by a gift for our grandson, who was thrilled. You can borrow a book, do a puzzle, or even sew on a button if you need to. In the bathroom, there were new toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, and other toiletries and hygiene products — just in case you forgot something at home. The beds are excellent and decorated with folded towels. Everything smells nice and is perfectly clean. We would definitely love to come back and thank the owner for the warm welcome. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone and rate it 11/10. It was a better stay for us than in a hotel.

Super emplacement et super sympa le proprio proche de tous

I love everything! Exceptionally clean, nicely furnished, equipped with everything you need and more! The host was kind, helpful, welcoming! I cannot point out enough how good this apartment was! When you travel a lot most of the time pictures don’t match reality but with this apartment everything was perfect! Our host Bela even got smaller little toys for my kids and that was such a lovely gesture. We got champagne and chocolates, some necessities for a quick dinner since we arrived late.. Linens are cotton and smelled nice! Plenty of towels! Everything was like in a 5 ☆ hotel!
