I can only say positive things about the flat and would highly recommend it to everyone. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and extremely well-equipped — you’ll find everything you need and even more! 😊 The location is excellent, just a 3-minute walk from the Danube. The neighborhood is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. Communication with the owner was smooth and reliable. He always responded to my questions and gave clear, detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment.

Fot us was the second stay. The apartment looks just like the photos. Very clean, with all the facilities needed for a short or long stay.The parking is near the building. A 2 minutes walk to shops and metro station. The best host one can have 🙂. Thank you!

The location is perfect for me, near by the office. At the same time it is located 2 minutes away from the Duna Plaza shopping center and Metro, which can bring you to any place within Budapest, especially central touristic places. Owner is a nice person, very polite and helpful. I have no single word of comlain or non-pleasant feelings.

Our stay at Novilda Apartments 211 in Budapest was absolutely outstanding! It's clear that the host truly cares about the guests — he was incredibly kind, responsive, and always ready to help with anything. We were left with only the warmest impressions. One of the big advantages was the private parking space, which is a huge plus for those traveling by car. No stress about finding a spot in the city — everything was taken care of. The location is just perfect: close to major attractions, shops, cafes, and public transport. Everything is within walking distance, yet the apartment itself is quiet and peaceful — ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. We wholeheartedly recommend Novilda Apartments 211 to anyone looking for stylish, comfortable, and perfectly located accommodation in Budapest. If we return to this beautiful city, we’ll definitely choose this place again!

1. very polite, nice and very attentive host (we arrived on a holiday when all the shops were closed, the host made sure we had the minimum necessary for lunch, candy for the children and even small gifts). 2. very clean apartment with all the necessary amenities to be autonomous 3. excellent location, close to the metro, with many shops around, even a mall 4. very important, reserved parking space right in front of the building entrance

there is nothing we didn't like. A small inconvenience would be the access from the parking lot to the apartment entrance, if you have several bulky luggage :).

This is TRULY an apartment beyond imaginations! The pictures reflect 100% the reality - and what is beyond? Toothpaste, toothbrush, steam iron (with destilled water!), clothes lint remover, mobile device charger and so on and so forth...little details you may only get in luxury, 5-star hotels. The bed was nicely firm and comfortable, the apartment is perfectly clean, bright and very easy to be found - the little terras looks onto the peaceful internal garden. I would definitely recommend it to everybody!
