Absolutely amazing place to stay if you are visiting Budapest! If you are travel with your own car this place have parking right in front of the building. You can enter the room with code so you can arrive anytime so this is really flexible. There is big place with shops 2 minutes from the building. Same with metro which is 2 minutes away. The room itself is big enough for 1-4 people. Equipment in room is more that fantastic! We were welcome with 2 bootles of water, orange juice, shampagne. In the fridge there was food ready to make toasts and pasta. Bed is big and comfy so 2 people can fall asleep really easly. There is additional equipment in the bathroom like things to wash, toothpaste and dryer. There was much much more of things that you could need during any stay. In one sentence: here, you can feel like home! But the bigest plus of this place is the fantastic owner - Bela! Really good contact before arrival, all instruction vere clear to understand and there was no problem with booking in. He helps us with parking access and asked is enerything is ok during our stay. After that there was no other option than giving this place 10/10. I will definietly recommend this place to all my friends and to you people out there reading this. I liked the convenient location of the property, the parking facility for my hire car, the helpfulness and friendliness of the host and the beautiful, quiet and clean apartment.

Everything… The owner is polite and reachable. The apartment is new, clean and fully equipped, Even if you arrive late, there is a pack of pasta and tomato souse, or you can make sandwich… you will not stay hungry. The bathroom contain all toiletries needed, even face washing product, tooth brushes…etc. large TV with TV box and ultra fast internet. There is a parking in front of the building, Metro station and tram stop are very close, 3 min. walking. Also, There is a mall near to apartment (food, ATM, market).

We had a very good experience here, this quality is really rare in Hungary. Our host Béla was very kind, provided every necessary information in advance for us (and well detailed). The apartment is equipped with _literally_ everything you might need during your stay. The bed and the pillows are super comfy, we had a very good sleep here. This place is highly recommended even for international travellers, who are used to high quality hospitality (e.g. in western Europe).

Just a small thing to mention, planes approaching Budapest Airport are flying exactly above this building, which could be really noisy. But when the windows are closed, this is not an issue - but keep in mind if you're planning to stay here during summer.
