"Lovely"

Very nice comfortable well equipped clean modern house in a central location. Easy walking distance to everything in Rye. Car park opposite was easy. Comfortable beds, comfortable sofas, three WCs, two showers. Everything you could need and nice bright rooms

Cozy very clean and the location was excellent, modern and had nice towels and things we needed.

Would have liked a fan and the curtains let a lot of light in so sleeping in the morning was difficult

"Lovely cottage in great location"

Great location in the centre of Rye. Easy to park car in main car park opposite the front door. Cottage was clean. Host was friendly.

The second bedroom was a little lacking. No bedside tables/lights and no wardrobe space. This could be easily rectified. Otherwise, we were really happy with the cottage.

Practical location, great quality decor, fixtures and fittings. Easy walk in to Rye town and plenty of parking (with a catch). Absolutely immaculate cleanliness, right up there with the very best places we've ever stayed. Impressed!

Relatively high interior humidity meant wet towels etc weren't drying. Having to remember to move car/pay for parking on time (the cost is very low but it was more the risk of not moving car in time playing on back of mind).
