One of A Kind Resort @Trikora Beach - Bintan

The room is spacious and comfortable. Clean and wifi worked well. The rooftop area and balcony opening up to the pool and sea were lovely. Unique room types. Friendly staff, room service very fast.

A lot of insects in the pool, I did not feel comfortable getting in. And even though all doors were closed, lots of flies at night. Like a lot. Food was not that amazing, could be better. Breakfast spread was good, but taste could have been better.

I loved that it was spacious, the design, how close to the sea it was, the bathroom was gorgeous!

Understand that it’s hard to control bugs on the outdoor pool, maybe leave a net or have the pool cleaned once a day if there are guests would be great!

It was terribly run down. The water for the bathtub was brackish and yellow, the shower water had a foul smell. The roof terrace was not well maintained. There are no facilities almost and the restaurant also was not good. I ended up moving out a day earlier and gave up my reservation even though I couldn’t refund.

Hier kann man entspannen u. runterkommen, wunderbar essen, aber auch tolle Ausflüge buchen, um das wirkliche Bintan kennenzulernen. Man trifft auf ein herzliches und außerordentlich tolles Team, mit so viel Wärme und Gastfreundlichkeit. Wir werden wiederkommen!

We were not able to use the pool as it was dirty at the bottom. We asked to be cleaned up but they just removed the floating insects and scrubbed the floor but the dirt remained at the bottom. The towels have stains. The rubber seal of the glass in the bath tub came off and left hanging.

First got to know about this resort via Lemon8 app where some posts described the stay as similar to being in Maldives. Truly enjoyed our stay here, we booked the Villa Aqua for 2 nights. It was truly as reviewed! The view was spectacular, overlooking the sea, and it was a very relaxing stay for us. The photos are unedited. The villa was huge and comfortable, especially the bathroom was particularly big. Bed was comfortable too. Overall, cleanliness including the bedsheets was on point as well! Just 1 small suggested improvement was the cleanliness of the towels. Service was great! The staff were polite and helpful, especially this front desk staff named Rey! He went out of his way on my queries, and I am grateful. Although this place is rather far away from the ferry terminal (1 hour drive), it was worth it. It was also the reason this stay felt like a tranquil paradise, and truly a getaway. We did hire a driver to bring us for activities on some days, so travelling around wasn't an issue. For the meals we had at the resort, the food was reasonably priced and pretty delicious as well. Overall, highly recommended stay for anyone heading to Bintan!
