Cuadra 134 Residencial Condesa

Upon arrival we were surprised to find that our suite had not been properly cleaned from the previous guest. The towels in the bathroom were folded but were actually wet and smelled recently used. The sink was also quite dirty and had hair from the previous guest. I want to hope the sheets were changed because in the five days there they were not for us. We had to ask more than once for toilet paper which was never delivered to the room -the house keeper forgot or did not get the supplies before leaving- as each time we asked she said the “licenciada” was supposed to get them but had not. The Licenciada which I imagine was the lady at the front would arrive and be either in conversation with the lady security or on her phone. This was each time we left or came into the building. When we noticed that the items we asked for (toilet paper, towels, paper towels ) had not been delivered to the room by the evening, we would go down to the Licenciada and ask her but she always treated us like we were putting her out. We decided to just buy our own at the Oxxo down the street. We did not bother after day three to ask for the sheets to be changed because the young housekeeper would just forget and make an excuse- the laundry wasn't dry was the common one for towels and bedding but no one followed up after her. Each time we entered or exited the building we saw the Licenciada & lady guard at the front desk head down on their phones or talking. She was to busy scrolling to follow up.

Rooms are exceptional, the location as well. But I felt very uncomfortable when I was ask to sign what looked like a lease contract upon check in followed by giving my credit card information in a piece of paper to the building security guard. (Which of course I refused considering I have my Expedia account and billing info to back up any issues) Th security guard was very light weight about it like it was nothing major to ask for my credit card number and info. I was asked to sign a six page contract that I took time to read, nothing bad about it but I would have preferred to know in advance what to expect when booking this type of property. The check-in email did included that I would be asked to sign documents upon check-in but wasn't very detailed about it, and it did NOT mentioned having to provide card info to the security guard.

We love staying there. The neighborhood is great, and the staff was very accommodating and friendly.

The apartment was spacious, beautifully designed and styled. We loved the living room, kitchen that is fully equipped. There is also a washer dryer which was great as we had been away for 2 weeks. The bed was comfortable. No issue with noise. There is also a big walk-in closet. The bathroom was small and tight though. The location was perfect. Highly recommended. There was daily house keeping which was a real plus!

The bathroom space was too tight.

Great property. Safe and better than staying at a hotel. These are very spacious apartments they rent out I would definitely recommend them to anybody.

This place was impeccable, very clean. Well situated, i will definitely come back and stay here again.
