The staff is extremely friendly and respectful. The room was spacious, well kept, amenities provided, safe neighborhood, outstanding restaurants walking distance, & plenty of pharmacies close by. There is also a Starbucks across the street but there is coffee/juice bar downstairs next to a yoga gym. The restaurant downstairs under the hotel is outstanding with great music and drinks, indoors or outdoors. The courtyard is absolutely spacious, filled with a beautiful garden to drink your coffee.

"One of the best places I’ve ever stayed!"

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at! The location is amazing (walking distance to supermarket, great bars, fantastic restaurants, even a punk club). Friendly and helpful staff… I liked it so much I am staying there again.

They make you sign an extra contract (in Spanish) while you arrive even though there are terms and conditions with Expedia. They also leave you courtesy water bottles but they looked refilled (the seal was broken). They also take a deposit on your credit card. The place is very clean and spacious but if you wanna deal with the rest then it’s your call.
