Cuadra 134 Residencial Condesa

Ac was out the entire time we stayed there.

The room was clean with more than enough space and many amenities. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

Great location, detailed designs in the kitchen area, they also provide coffee and bread in the morning for everyone which is a surprise.

The apartment-hotel is well appointed with everything you need for your stay. The location is excellent and it was surprisingly quiet. The noise level might change as they are opening up a beautiful restaurant downstairs that will be open in the evenings. The housekeeping, while appearing clean, lacks attention to detail. Upon arrival, our soap dispensers were empty, the toilet had paper in it and wasn’t flushed, and there was definitely some kind of dander throughout the apartment because our sinuses would go crazy when there, but fine when we went outside.

The rooms were very clean. The staff were amazing. Very nice neighborhood. Will be back next year.

Highly recommend Cuadra 134, it’s a fairly new building with modern design. Very spacious living and dining area, bedroom was just enough to fit the queen size bed. Bathroom was a bit cramp. The kitchen has all you need if you plan to eat in. The only thing that did not work too well was the a/c unit, they kept on shutting down after few mins. Spoke to person at the reception to get maintenance but no one came to fix it. Although they did bring in a portable cooling unit. It will be an issue if the temperature outside gets warm. Overall, good experience, they provided bottled water and service was prompt and friendly. It’s located in a great Roma Norte neighborhood. Felt very safe walking around even at night.
