Les chambres ne sont pas très propres , la clope ne marche pas dans la majorité des chambres , j’ai dû faire Apel à la réception qui m’a envoyé une personne pour réparer la Clim à minuit au lieu de me changer la chambre c’était une très mauvaise expérience

Passage des avions tout le temps audessus de lhotel. C'est fascinant ai début mais avec les répetitions ça devient très désagrèable

Very disappointing experience and not as advertised. Over half of the aqua park was closed during our stay, with only the toddler area open and just 2 out of 7 main slides operating. The aqua park was the main reason for booking, and this was not communicated in advance, making the stay significantly below expectations. The toddler pool was also poorly maintained, with visible debris in the water and an unpleasant, uncomfortable surface due to items settled at the bottom. The room was not in an acceptable condition. We found moths and ants present. The bathroom had a strong unpleasant smell, and both the sink and bathtub drained very poorly, causing water to clog. The bathroom surfaces also became dangerously slippery when wet, posing a safety concern. Service was unprofessional. Staff were rude, and the luggage porter slammed the door after we did not tip in cash, despite already tipping at reception. Given that key advertised facilities were closed and multiple hygiene and maintenance issues were present, we feel the stay was not as described and request appropriate compensation or refund consideration.
