Na realidade a piscina, e mesmo assim a dos pequenos estava toda suja de folhas. O café da manhã, para nós, estava bom.

Começando pela parte de quando fiz a reserva na descrição dizer que havia um transfer a cada duas horas até ao centro gratuito e depois chegar lá e não haver nada, apenas táxis a pagar. A sujidade era por todo o lado, muito desagradável. Poucas toalhas no quarto, o bidé não dava para escuar a água e na ducha tivemos que chamar a manutenção logo à chegada. Enfim 😑😑 Só mesmo pela piscina

Absolutely nothing. The rooms as so far into the hotel that you need to have a fitness level of an athlete just to go to and from your room!

Everything! The property is absolutely filthy, bed bugs, dirty rooms. Dated rooms. The breakfast is absolutely rubbish. The hotel is more like a 2 star than a 5 star. Staff are aware of the hygiene and safety risks in the hotel but there’s nothing they can do about it as higher management are not bothered. I would not even recommend this property to an enemy! Everyone’s complaining, everyone’s got bites from bugs, the phones don’t work so if you want something, you need to walk allll the way to reception, to get told it will get sorted, and 5 hours later, it’s not sorted! We didn’t have a singe towel, asked housekeeping who said they will give them (at 11am) we waited until 5pm, no towels still, no phones working, balcony has missing bits so it’s easy for a toddler to fall down from the balcony! We checked out early!

L’emplacement était super . Tout était fait pour que les enfants se sentent bien. Les jeux , les toboggans etc. Nous avons apprécier notre séjour

En revanche , Certains toboggans étaient fermés. Ce qui est fort dommage. Et certaines nuisances sonores concernant les avions. L’hôtel est placé sous une ligne d’atterrissage. Mais ce qui n’a pas non plus gêné les enfants.
