Le petit déjeuner très minimaliste, le bruit de la route et des avions et les discussions à haute de voix dans le couloir du personnel notamment de madame ZAKIA ( probablement responsable des femme de ménage ) très hautaine très méchante lorsque je lui demande gentiment de parler doucement car mon bébé dort, celle-ci me regarde de travers en m’ignorant et passant son chemin.

La suciedad de las habitaciones

We recently stayed at Grand Mogador Agdal Resort and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms were always kept clean, the bins were emptied regularly, and housekeeping did a good job maintaining the room throughout our stay. There were a few areas that could definitely be improved. Our room didn't have a kettle when we arrived, although one was eventually provided after we requested it. Complimentary tea and coffee were essentially non-existent, as supplies were never refilled during our stay. Similarly, complimentary bottled water was only provided on the first day and was not replenished afterwards, which was disappointing for a resort of this standard. We also had a bit of a headache with the towels. They were taken away very promptly, but replacements often took much longer to arrive, which was inconvenient at times. On a positive note, Ridwan was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. His friendliness and willingness to assist really stood out and made a genuine difference to our experience. The pool facilities were one of the highlights of the resort. The pools are brilliant, and the kids' section is fantastic, making it a great option for families travelling with children. Breakfast was moderate rather than amazing. There was an adequate selection and enough to start the day, but it wasn't particularly memorable. Overall, despite a few frustrations and some areas where the hotel could improve its attention to guest amenities, we enjoyed our stay. The cleanliness, excellent pool facilities, and helpful staff meant the positives outweighed the negatives, and we would stay at Grand Mogador Agdal Resort again.

Tenia piscina con toboganes para niños y no estaba muy lleno de personas las instalaciones

Mal trato del personal que no me dejaron salir para guardar las maletas en el coche para no dejarlas en medio creyendo que me iba a ir sin pagar, en mi habitacion tenia visita cada 2-3 horas de cucarachas y la bañera calaba agua que inundaba la habitacion.
