Floors and rugs needed cleaning.

Location was great, property was immaculate & finished to a high degree.

Maybe provide labels on the recycling bins…we weren’t sure about how or what you recycled. Otherwise, the property was just excellent.

The suite was nicely decorated and clean, and comfortable for a group of 6. We enjoyed that there was some tea and coffee. We wish we were able to use the garden more (it is still colder weather in Edinburgh after all in April!).

Location of the place was very good

The building was very old. It has plumbing issues. For 2 days the toilet fin't work , it was very uncomfortable especially traveling with group of 6

location, response from property staff, cleanliness, facilities.

beds and room size, seating generally could have been better. newly renovated, but a few cobwebs were annoying. on the first day, both hand shower and flush.were broken. however, once reported, it was addressed as a priority.

Beautifully styled house, with the perfect location in Edinburgh. Easy walk, tram or bus to the old and new town. Short walk to the castle. Only 2 stops from Murrayfield Stadium if like us you are visiting to watch a Rugby match. Johnny Walker experience only 1 street away. Check-in instructions clear and easy to follow.
