Well appointed duplex apartment with two bedrooms, one bathroom & another toilet

Flush in the bathroom didn’t work so we were forced to use only one toilet for 6 adults The apartment is in an alley of the main road so garbage collects on the street in the evenings and on weekends.

This perfectly situated little house is a true gem. It's warm and cosy with excellent kitchen facilities and a nice layout. Very tasteful highquality furniture and appliances. Furthermore, everything was spotless. Toiletries and some basic stuff like olive oil, salt, pepper as well as dishsoap etc are on site. Bonus: there is a vacuum cleaner, a washing machine and ironing equipment, just in case.

Upstairs toilet is still a problem - needs about an hour to refill.

The property is very modern and in immaculate conditions. Everything was clean and nicely set-up. It is very spacious, we were 4 adults and 2 kids and felt we had plenty of room. The kitchen is very modern and came in handy with kids.

Nothing, we had an amazing time.

Great location, very close to public transit. Didn't get a chance to use the patio, but it seemed lovely.

Entrance is on a dimly lit narrow street that's not the cleanest. Garbage trucks and other activities on the street were very loud.

An absolute hidden gem right in the heart of Edinburgh! So happy with the accomodation, and it was perfect for our family. Modern, spacious and all the amenities we needed.
