The house was very clean and everything was provided. The location was great . We had a very comfortable stay.

The upstairs toilet wasn’t working, we were told it was slow to fill but it didn’t fill enough to flush in the two days we stayed.

Wonderful property! We loved our stay here! Walking distance to a lot of things we had on our agenda to see in Edinburgh.

It was clean

Two major issues- we had horrible time staying there. 1. Toilet cistern in the first floor was not working - 4 of us were using the ground floor one n to get down every time. One of us having prostate issues n Sr citizen. 2. The 2nd room door was not closing as it was bloated, so privacy despite anniversary celebrations. 3.The management promised that they will visit n show us everything are fully functional in the apartment but never came. We waited for them despite our busy schedule n missed some of the attractions.

It was clean and modern. Really useful to have a dishwasher and a washer dryer. Plenty of hot water and good pressure on the shower. It’s a convenient location for lots of attractions, bars and restaurants. The garden was lovely.

It would have been nice to have some coat pegs near the entrance. The sofa bed wasn’t comfortable to sit on, and the lane that you use to access the property is the back of shops, so it’s full of bins.

Great central location (albeit down a darker alleyway). Beautifully clean and well maintained

The place is good for a family with great connectivity to I the city .

The flush in the bathroom at the top level was not working properly during our stay and hence caused some inconvenience and was beyond usage .

Location, cleanliness, well provided for, great communication throughout.

Great location just off Princes Road, easy to walk across Edinburgh from. On a quite road as well thus nearly no city noise. Suite was clean and convenient, check in & out directions easy to understand

The beds we're awful, very laid-through matresses, especially on the couch required for a group greater 4
