The roaches and not receiving my deposit back

The location was very easy to access and comfortable to stay in.

I didn't like that there were pieces of furniture stained and trash left behind. This made me feel as though other items may not have been cleaned properly.

The vending machine was useful .

The guests were ignorant an noisy . You can hear everything between walls and nobody has respect Elevator stopped working multiple times

Excelente ubicación, cerca muchas tiendas y centro comercial.

Es muy básico, la iluminación en el cuarto no es buena y la presión baja en la regadera.

It was by far the worst I have experienced.

The sofa sleeper was extremely dirty, I refused to even sit on it. No washcloths, no coffee cups, no remote for the TV in the living area. Cockroaches. The entrance stairs to the second floor was so dirty.we paid for a suite but we're confined to the bedroom because of the condition of the living area/kitchen. Totally feel ripped off.

Its location. Other then that it was a absolutely disgusting and horrible place to stay. My room had a broken window, the shelf in the closet pulled out of the wall and fell when I hung two shirts on it. There was cockroaches everywhere. When I asked what we can do to fix all this or make it right they said they could not put me in a different room and that the best they can do for me is fix the shelf and spray poison. This place is a dumpster fire. Only go if your into that type of stuff.
