Nothing. THE DESK CLERK HAD NO RECORD OF MY RESERVATION. SHE MADE NO EFFORT TO EVEN LOOK FOR IT.

They DID NOT HAVE ANY RECORD OF MY RESERVATION. I COULD NOT CHECK-IN.

We got double booked in our room smh... and then the security guard was rude as hell ! Saying he was getting complaints about us being loud and which we just got back from my brothers wake services around 11 or so. None of my kids were running around or anything. Plus they were playing loud music outside where the cleaner was. Rude though. And it had roaches in there ! Never again ! Plus the a.c didn't really work. It's a no for me. And I do want my deposit back. I deserve that much. Not just a late check out smh we got out before 7 am.
