The room was full of roaches. We communicated with front desk, manager refused resolution and handed us a fake email address for a regional manager. Please this place is deceiving it’s a pest hazard should be investigated by the county.

The price and the size

It had an overwhelming odor of cigarettes!!

The staff was nice, but not presentable for you to feel safe at night. The maintenance guy had rotted and missing teeth, dressed sloppy unpresentable tattoos, and slurred speech. Now typically there's nothing wrong with this look but add the drug addict persona to it and it gives off an extremely bad vibe.

None of the door codes given to me worked ever. The staff may have been helpful but not all presentable and I didn't like that we had to be in a room they had a key and their own codes too but I understand that's protocol, just felt unsafe. The staff was nice, but not all was presentable for you to feel safe at night. The couch had visibly huge tears and stains on it and was old and outdated. The restroom light didn't work. There are windows but no views, so they're fake and only for looks to the room. There were guys outside the building getting high and hanging out around the parking lot sloppy and drinking like it was the hood! Lol honestly it just didn't feel safe and we stayed inside the room the entire night. Also, tho the staff was nice, instructions weren't completely given accurately and I had to figure a couple things out on my own. We won't be staying here again :/ I'm sorry, I hate leaving bad reviews but I had to be honest about this stay so they can make the necessary changes, updates, and renovations.

Great communication with everyone I've spoken to, clean and in a great location

The floors were filthy! There was some sort of goop all over them. The toilet backed up. There was never a live person on site. I had no idea how to get more towels. The water pressure was very low.

My room number wasn’t given to me until the very last second that I had to keep calling Customer Service. I was waiting outside for two hours
