"Disappointing."

Firstly I was not placed in the correct accommodation that I booked. I was placed in an accommodation next to. Absolutely disappointing and not to mention how useless the staff was. Took them an hour and a half to check us in and find us a room that we were satisfied with as the one they showed us was not up to the standards of what we had booked. The staff went on to insist it was no fault of their own and took their sweet time to communicate and sort the accommodation out. Very very disappointing

I liked that it was so quiet nd relaxing nd neat n close 2 al amenities .

That dey didnt have most things dat we require ..like a hairdryer ...hardly any utensils..no extra blankets ...

The location

I have a few suggestions that could enhance the experience for guests. Firstly, it would be very helpful to have a dishwasher available, as it can be quite a challenge for guests to manage dishes on their own. Secondly, having a cleaning service that comes in daily could greatly improve the stay; most people prefer to relax on their holidays rather than worry about cleaning. Lastly, I noticed that the couch could use some attention, whether it needs washing or fumigating. Addressing this would help create a more comfortable environment for everyone.

Big rooms and beds, clean and spacious

No Aircon in the second bedroom. We had to buy sugar and toilet rolls as it wasn't enough

The unit is located in a quiet area.

Compared to the similar priced units I have stayed in around Umhlanga, this unit was below par for the following reasons: 1. The unit is relatively small, and everything is kind of cramped up. 2. One must walk or drive approximately 3 km to access the beach and 1.5 km to access the nearest restaurant. 3. At this price range, daily housekeeping (excluding public holidays and Sundays) is usually included. Being charged R550 for substandard once off housekeeping is a rip-off. 4. There is only one sink basin without a stopper and no toaster, grater, or other appliances. For the amount we pay, these are basic necessities that should be provided. 5. You should consider installing a burglar guard on the bathroom adjacent to the main door or advise your guests to keep the door closed when sleeping or leaving.  Since the security guards are not strict on who enters the building, anyone may gain access to the unit through the window, which poses a security risk.

The overall apartment was nice and very neat

The handling of the booking sonso poor we received an email with a password to get keys but was never advises to use whatapp for correspondence we stood out side with 2 small kiss tii 22:45pm to get a key. I messages to confirm the check out time and was told it was 10am but the maids where standing at the door from 8am insisting on cleaning we where practically forced out so time wasted to get into the apartment then force out before check out

The fact that the hole apartment to our selves. The kids in the same apartment. The cleaness and very stylish design and great value for money.

Was too far from beach. A very long walk. But besides that had a great experience
