Location is great. Airport pick-up - nice addition.

Some representatives of the management team managing the property (Mafadi Air) need to learn about customer service. They need to check the property before guests arrive. 1) Check-in and check-out times need to be reviewed. 2) En suite toilet not functioning and I am told to wait till the next morning. Given attitude by Kiran when I did not accept the response. 3) The second shower drain was slightly blocked resulting in water pooling when showering. We did not have time to be constantly available for maintenance people to be coming in and out of the apartment so did not report it immediately. 4) Only one key card for the room with 4 adults - very inconvenient. Request to make a second key by the staff of the organisation managing the apartment, did not even receive a response from management. 5) Not the first time I have stayed at this property. The first time, there were no patio keys on the door. we stayed our entire visit with the doors unlocked. 6) The owner seriously needs to consider the company he has managing his property. 7) Only one set of towels provided for the main bedroom. 8) Insufficient electricity provided - incessant beeping of the unit in the early morning. 9) While the location may be great and the building meant to be new, the experience provided by a representative of the management company leaves a lot to be desired. (Tshidi and Zaynab tried to help where possible). 10) Having visitors enter and exit through the parking garage not a great advertisement. Is the reception ever going to be functional?

The facility is the best, the veiw is exceptionally 👌 and it very close to the beach.

The service was not exactly ideal, it took me longer to check in since I had the problem with Justin app. The in suite toilet needs special attention, it doesn't flush sometimes
