There were a couple of things not working or brocken,but the staff was super helpful in sorting it out. Hopefully it will be fixed and ready for the next renters. Thank you for a lovely stay otherwise.

Cleanliness and beds are so spacious

Location and safety. Comfortable. Modern.

1.No cleaning service over the 11 night stay, even though this was promised : "you will receive a full complimentary cleaning in 9 days till your checkout day" 2. The geyser was overflowing, resulting in water ponding at the front door. Took 3 days to fix the problem, after much insistence on my part. 3. No visitors parking 4. Beautiful pool but cannot utilize as the water is always extremely cold 5. Main bedroom shower not draining 6. Bedroom 2 window not lockable, poses a safety issue for kids.

Elevator not working had to use steps with the kids . Water Loadshedding and electricity Loadshedding.

The location is good I can’t complain

Please put people in rooms that are equal to the amount they pay cause the room was a low standard while I paid huge amount of money in fact you did see the value of my money
