The contact person on the phone made an obvious effort to explain the not exactly simple key system for house and room keys - especially when the house key was not even recognizable in the dark.

On the booking.com website there was no indication that very important key handover instructions would be given in further contact emails and on site I had no email access and had to make a time-consuming phone call to the contact person. The bed was used (blanket and pillow) and used towels were left in a corner! That was disgusting! I was glad to have used my own sleeping bag and inflatable pillow! The bed was totally worn out and squeaked with every movement. The electrical system still made annoying noises when the lights were off, which could be solved with earplugs. Never again!
