Sommerset Cottages

Horrible smell. Mould in the bathroom, bathroom floor broken (trip hazard) back door lock was faulty.

Room is very large, massive space. Shared communal area is nice. Living room has smart TV & we were able to watch Netflix. Kitchen is great, has everything you need and we cooked multiple meals in there. Air conditioning / heating is easy to use via the toggle machine. Enjoyed this property.

Issue with damp in bathroom, horrible smell, mould on silicone around shower No dish cloth, only 1 tea towel No kitchen roll, no access to vacuum or mop Blocked guttering caused build up of water outside main door Blinds in main bedroom would not fully close, curtains too small for window- allowed a lot of light in I think the owners have tried to make this a lovely place but it is lacking TLC

Everything about the flat is excellent. The bedroom,living room, kitchen and the bathroom. Very homely and clean. I'll give it 10/10

Nothing. Everything works as it should. I will recommend this flat to anyone visiting Sunderland area.

Cosy, easy to check in, responsive hosts, nice house. Overall, very happy with our stay

Bathroom light was motion sensitive, which didn't work out that great. Certain parts of the property condition were a little rusty/worn but nothing dramatic. Buzz of electric in the house was somewhat noisy.

Not too far from beaches and arcades. Self check in and cottage was clean and tidy. Booked last minute and at a great price.

We were in a visit to family which is only 7 mins drive si brilliant

Everything was good if I had any suggestions I would just add a few average size cups

Its a very cute and neat environment. My kids wanted us to stay a bit more

The check out time should be 12pm. I didn’t like the fact that check out is 10am
