Beds comfortable and had the basics needed

The property hadn't been cleaned when we arrived from the last people there. I messaged them and then got a message from the cleaner saying she was in A&E and she came later on when we were out to clean. However, there was a lot if stuff on the carpet that hadn't been cleaned. Not as close to the beach as stated neither.

Great for a decent stay if you have work or other things to do while in town and need a place to stay at night and switch off. Could have been better but when you look at easy, quick and good value for money is not bad overall. Parking easy on the adjacent streets and a near restaurant in walking distance.

Could have been improved in terms of cosiness and better things but is not a 5 (five) star place and i expect always worse (coming from a Hilton member). The fact that neighbours are living and havign a normal day / night events,i couldnt be affected or cannot change the fact so need to be ready to adapt and accept the sorroundings. Loved the integration with the people livign in there and get to see normal life.

Cottage was perfect for a little getaway for my little family while we are currently getting our house renovated. Lovely and clean

The wardrobes in the master bedroom could do with being fixed. Other than that. Great stay. Thank you x

The location was perfect for a place to stay near the arena. The double bed and single beds mattresses were firm so for me they were perfect.

The bathroom has mold around the shower. The bathroom floor hadn't been vacuumed or swept and was bits all over it. There is no bag in the bathroom bin, which for a trip of girls/women was not ideal. The kitchen was ok and had some random bits like a small amount of decaf coffee, salts, etc, but the fridge was full of ice, so we didn't use it. The kitchen bin was half full and smelt. The garden could have been lovely, but the plant pots were full of weeds. The table had no chairs and the garden was full of rubbish. The living room had a draught coming through, which was fine for a warm june night but may not be great in winter. The sofa bed had to be moved to fold out properly. The bedding was just a quilt. No quilt covers, sheets or pillows or pillow cases. Very uncomfortable, disappointing, and unhygienic as it certainly didn't smell like the quilt was freshly washed. The double bedroom was ok. Bed was comfy. Wardrobe felt like it would collapse if touched. The doors didn't feel to be on the runners correctly. The curtains were too small for the window and let alot of light through.
