"Exceptional"

Nice break. Nice shower. Tidy and smart, for a small house. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Thank you. Love Seaburn. Sunderland is too busy ,got caught in long traffic ,delay,. Due to football match. Glass centre chat to staff, about Cumbria. Watched fire make a vase.

No TV. Channels working at all. Temperature set ,; was/ is too high. Needs to be 16-18 degrees,. Could not sleep, . Cos of heat, even with windy open,. At door, the code was hard to do, and quickly, with hand swipe, + hash. One man , staying there, knocked us, so to let him in,. He couldn't do key code entrance,!!?. This was Friday,23 February. If a key was in the security box ,then it would be far easier to get access. Normal holiday let doors have this method.

"Basic but cosy and comfortable house"

Nice location, near a couple of large parks. Quiet lane, but excellent amenities nearby. House was cosy and comfortable.

Could do with some internal maintenance.

"The experience at tge property wasn’t so great"

The property was ok location was not bad.

The property the boiler wasn’t working when we turned up. So there was no hot water or heating at the property during our stay.

"disappointing, has potential but cold/smelly, not homely as pictures depicted."

the proximity to our venue

smelt of weed/tobacco, cold, sensor light kept going off when showering, marks/stains on sofa, heater knob in main room broken off, couldn't get living room fire to work, hairs on second bedroom pillow, toilet paper damp from condensation as no extractor in bathroom, couldn't get heating to work so whole place cold.
