instructions on how to use lockbox needed (2 buttons to press), plus heating instructions should be in the living room - all of these things would have made it easier

"Okay, for a short stay."

Good location. Very spacious. Gorgeous living space and kitchen. Comfortable.

Uncomfortable double bed on top floor. Unclean in places - stair carpet dirty and worn and the crockery and utensils were not properly clean.

"Great location but lacks attention to detail"

This property is in a great location within easy walking distance of the Jewellery Quarter and the city centre. It has large airy rooms and lots of space, and was very clean. It was ideally located for a weekend stay in Birmingham.

There is a general lack of care. We found no instructions for the TV, electric radiators, and no WiFi password. Some of the radiators didn't work. Equipment in the kitchen is minimal. The double bed was surprisingly small considering the size of the bedroom. The dishwasher door wouldn't close and there were no dishwasher tablets.

"Very nice property"

It was easy to find and we parked nearby too at no extra cost. The house was spotlessly clean, nicely furnished and felt very welcoming. It was extremely spacious and good value for money. Our messages were responded to promptly.

Unfortunately we didn’t receive the key code until a little while after we arrived at the property. A newly installed Wifi meant we couldn’t operate the smart TVs and on the second day we didn’t have any wifi at all. And the coffee machine lacked an essential part so no coffee which was disappointing.

I love everything about the property. It a life time experience didn't want to leave so comfortable and clean everything was perfect location was awesome apartment was very spacious enough room for kids to play around and be comfortable I will definitely come back in December ily recommended. Thank you for been so brilliance to guest awesome service.... ❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏
